Wrapping up Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚 Some tips: ask for help and listen to your body. Feeling suicidal? 988/911. You can find some great therapist on Psychologytoday. How do I choose the right therapist/therapy for me? The most important question to ask yourself is what you want to get out of therapy. That answer may be as simple as, “I want to feel better,” but being able to share that with a potential therapist will help both of you determine if it’s a good fit. Therapy is only for crazy people. This is patently untrue. Therapy is for anyone looking for outside feedback and support. In this age of tech addiction and growing levels of societal loneliness, therapy will only become a more integral part of our everyday lives. Sending you all healing 😌
